Dibs helps you find class action settlements and refund programs you may be eligible for, helps you prepare claims, and reminds you of deadlines. We do not guarantee that you will receive any money.
We don't decide eligibility
A match in Dibs means you may qualify based on the information you gave us. The settlement administrator and the court decide who qualifies. Eligibility requirements vary, and you may not qualify for every matched settlement. They may ask for proof, and they may reject claims.
Payout amounts are estimates
Amounts we show come from settlement notices, settlement agreements and court filings. Actual payments depend on the number of valid claims, court approval, appeals, attorneys' fees and administration costs. Payments may be lower than the estimate. The amount available to you also depends on the settlement's requirements and any supporting documentation.
Totals add the stated maximum amounts for potential matches. Payment rules vary: an amount may be per person, device, purchase or qualifying event, or depend on documented losses. A total is not a confirmed entitlement or a prediction of what you will recover. You may receive less than the amounts shown, or no payment.
Timing is out of our control
Payments usually arrive months or years after you file. Settlements can be delayed by appeals, reduced, or never paid.
Testimonials are not typical results
Amounts that users or creators share are their individual results. Your results will vary.
Filing is free
You can file any claim for free on its official settlement website without Dibs. Matching, reminders and claim tracking are available free in Dibs. Dibs Pro adds unlimited settlement details, Claim Agent (alpha) and notice scanning.
Not affiliated
Dibs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any court, government agency, company named in a settlement, law firm, or claims administrator. Company names are used only to identify settlements.
Not legal advice
Dibs is not a law firm and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. For questions about your rights, including opting out of or objecting to a settlement, contact class counsel listed on the official settlement website or a lawyer of your choice.
You're responsible for your claims
Claim forms are usually signed under penalty of perjury. Only submit claims you are truthfully eligible for, and check every answer before you submit.
Information can change
We compile settlement details from public sources and official settlement websites and update them regularly, but deadlines and terms can change. Always confirm on the official settlement website.
